We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated full time Recruitment Coordinator to join SharEd Services which is part of The City of Liverpool College Group.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to source the best candidates, acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment across the College Group leading the flow of candidates through the entire recruitment cycle.

We expect the successful candidate to have proven experience of working in a high pressured recruitment environment. You must have the ability to show an understanding of, and commitment to College policies and procedures, particularly equality and diversity.
